We'd love to send you your records as quickly as possible, but sometimes there's a record not in stock, and/or back ordered at the label/supplier. These records will hold back the rest of the order.
For example; You place an order for the following:
Album 1 - In stock
Album 2 - In stock
Album 3 - Not in stock, but in stock at our supplier's
Album 4 - Back ordered until 2 months from now
In this example, you order wouldn't be sent until Album 4 is ready to be shipped, in 2 months from now.
Why? Because shipping is expensive, and sending 2 packages means having to pay shipping twice. On low margin/high shipping items like records, it's just not feasible.
There is an exception!
If your order is over $120 before shipping/taxes and we're shipping within Canada, we can split the order in a maximum of 2 shipments.
In the example above, if the total would be over $120, we could ship the in-stock items right away, and combine album 3 and 4 for when Album 4 comes in.
